skills (answering the phone in the first place! Calling me back! Sending email and
photos along the way!!), and for what I assume will be high quality work that will
last.

Please know that the way you run your company is such an outlier among the pool of Berkshire county contractors that you should be proud not only of your work, but also for the way you treat your customers. It is appreciated and stands out.

I was certainly sad to find out what I thought would be a small repair ended up
being a pretty major roof job, but at least the process of getting it done was not as painful as the reality of having to having to do it in the first place.
